Away game at triple winner RSV Lahn-Dill

The best comes at the end, also in the really tough season start of Rollnig Devils against all playoff participants: an away game in Wetzlar against triple winner and championsship leader RSV Lahn-Dill. Kaiserslautern improved considerably with their new players, but they are still far below the skillful play of Wetzlar. Leading figures in their starting five are the U.S. stars Michael Paye and Steve Serio, the world's current number one, and the presumably strongest German player Thomas Böhme. Even Lahn-Dill's bench provides strong internationals like Jan Haller, Annabel Breuer and Joe Bestwick.

Everything else than a clear defeat of Rolling Devils in Wetzlar would be a big surprise. However, Kaiserslautern players will face this difficult task and take it as an opportunity for further improvement. The game will put the occasionally instable defense and scoring of easy balls to a real test. This pairing will also be a real challenge for the Devils supporters travelling to Wetzlar, the loudest fans in Germany will face the largest spectators tribune in German wheelchair basketball.
